Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tamid on Tour (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Early Access Program

Tamid on Tour is currently in Early Access. This means:

• Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly.
• Data may be lost during development. While we make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, we cannot guarantee it during Early Access.
• Uptime is not guaranteed. The service may experience outages.
• Your feedback helps shape the product. Feature requests, bug reports, and honest criticism are welcome.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tamid on Tour. Certain features (cannabis information) require you to be 21 or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet the age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Share content that is harmful, misleading, or violates others' rights.
• Attempt to access other users' private data (journal entries, wellness data, Nox conversations).
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse the App.
• Impersonate another person or crew member.

5. Intellectual Property

Tamid on Tour, Nox, and all associated designs, code, and content are the property of Bearded Management LLC. You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, posts, photos). By posting community content (Crew Board, Green Room), you grant us a license to display it within the App.

6. AI Companion Disclaimer

Nox is a crew companion, not a therapist or medical professional. Nox's responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate.

7. SNDCHK SESH Coaching

Tamid on Tour offers an optional referral pathway to SNDCHK SESH, a one-on-one coaching service operated independently by Daniel Rinaldi for touring professionals. SNDCHK SESH is a coaching service. It is not therapy, clinical care, mental health treatment, or medical advice. Daniel Rinaldi is acting as a coach in this context, not as a clinician.

Coaching through SNDCHK SESH is intended to support skill-building, perspective, and accountability for the realities of touring life. It is not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, or any form of professional clinical service. By accepting a SNDCHK SESH referral, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The coaching relationship is directly between you and Daniel Rinaldi, not with Tamid on Tour.
• Tamid on Tour does not guarantee any specific outcome from coaching.
• You will seek licensed professional help for any mental health condition, medical issue, or crisis situation.

If you are in crisis, contact emergency services (911 in the US) or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Cannabis legality information is provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current laws. Always verify local regulations independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bearded Management LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
